Feeder steers 600 lbs and under were sharply higher with a good supply and strong demand, while the yearling steers appeared stronger but with limited head to head comparisons. Feeder heifers 600 lbs and under were mostly 5.00-10.00 higher or greater in a few spots with a good supply and strong demand. Buyers were active today and willing to pay premiums for quality and long weaned packages and groups. Slaughter cows were steady to 2.00 higher with a good supply and slaughter bulls appeared steady with a light test.
