Cattlemen's Livestock Exchange (Cord), Arkansas

Compared to last week feeder steers sold mostly 10.00 to 20.00 higher, feeder heifers sold 10.00 to 20.00 higher with some offerings of both heifers and steers that were weaned and light fleshed that sold as much as 30.00 higher. Slaughter cows were 5.00 to 15.00 higher and slaughter bulls on light test sold 3.00 to 6.00 higher. Supply was good and demand was good to strong especially on the weaned and lighter fleshed feeders. Buyer attendence was good.
